شروط الخدمة
الإصدار 2.0 — نافذ من 2026-10-13
1. Welcome to YouSynk
These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and YouSynk ("YouSynk", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the YouSynk mobile app, the share pages at yousynk.com that open from a YouSynk link or QR code, and the yousynk.com website. Together we call these "YouSynk" or "the service". YouSynk is being set up as a company; the company's legal name, registered address and registration details will be named in these Terms before YouSynk's general launch, in a new version.
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you use a share page or the website without an account, the parts of these Terms that apply to visitors (in particular sections 7, 9 and 15 to 19) apply to you. If you do not agree, please do not use YouSynk.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it. Please read it alongside these Terms.
2. Who can use YouSynk
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, in every country. When you sign up you confirm this by ticking a box. If you are under 16, you may not use YouSynk.
You may use YouSynk only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are not barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you. If we have removed your account for breaking these Terms, you may not create another without our permission.
YouSynk is available in every country. You are responsible for following the laws of the place where you use it.
3. Your account and your phone number
You create your account with your phone number, or with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Whichever you choose, you must give a phone number, and a one-time code is sent to it to check that the number is yours. Each phone number can have one YouSynk account.
Your phone number is the key to your account. If you change your number, change it in the app before you lose the old one; a change is confirmed by a code sent to the new number.
If you lose your phone number. If your account has Apple or Google sign-in linked, sign in with it on your phone, then give your new number and confirm it with the code we send to it; your account stays yours. If your account has only a phone number, losing the number means losing the account: we cannot restore an account or move it to another number for you, and no one at YouSynk can sign in as you. We encourage you to link Apple or Google sign-in to your account in Settings.
Mobile operators sometimes give a number to a new person. If you stop using a number, change it in the app or delete your account first. Until you do, a person who is later given that number may be able to reach your account, and as far as the law allows we are not responsible for access gained that way.
You are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us at once at support@yousynk.com if you believe someone else has used it.
For your security, a sign-in on a device ends by itself after a set period and you will be asked to sign in again. You can sign out at any time.
4. What YouSynk does
YouSynk lets you keep your contact details in one private place ("My Info"), build profiles that each show a selection of those details, and share a profile with the people you choose, by QR code, by link or by connecting with them in the app. When you change a detail, the people you share it with see the change.
You can connect with other users, follow profiles, save contacts, scan business cards, keep private notes and tags about the people in your network, call or message them through the apps on your phone, add cards to Apple Wallet, and, if you choose, import your phone's contacts to see who is on YouSynk, hear when they join and get suggestions.
Every account can be found by other YouSynk users in search, unless its owner switches off being found. You decide what it shows.
We may add, change or remove features. Section 15 says more about this.
5. Your content
"Your content" means everything you add to YouSynk: your details, photos, profile names, headlines, notes and anything else you enter.
You own your content. We do not claim ownership of it.
So that we can run the service, you give us permission to store, copy, format and display your content, and to deliver it to the people you choose to share it with, for as long as it is on YouSynk. This permission is worldwide, free of charge, and limited to operating and securing YouSynk. It covers the service providers named in the Privacy Policy when they act for us, and no one else. It ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for copies that other people already hold as described in section 6 and the limited records the Privacy Policy says remain after deletion.
You promise that you have the right to add your content and to share it, and that it does not break the law or these Terms.
Names. You do not have to use your legal name on YouSynk, and you can use a different name and headline on each profile. You may not use a name, photo or details to pretend to be another real person or organisation (section 8).
6. Sharing is your choice, and some of it cannot be undone
You decide what each profile shows and who receives it. Please share thoughtfully, because of how sharing works:
A person you share a profile with can see everything on that profile, and receives updates when you change it.
When a connection ends, because either of you removes it or blocks the other, or because either of you deletes your account, each side keeps a frozen copy of what it had already received. It stops updating, but it is not erased. The other person is not told that you removed or blocked them.
A person can save your details to their own phone's contacts, or download them as a contact card from a share page. Once they have, that copy is outside YouSynk and we cannot change or remove it.
Anyone who has one of your links or QR codes can open its share page and see what it shares, without an account, and can pass the link on. A printed or posted QR code can be scanned by anyone who sees it.
We do not promise that we can take back information you have shared, and we are not responsible for what other people do with information you chose to share with them.
7. Information about other people
YouSynk lets you hold information about other people: contacts you enter by hand or scan from a business card, your phone's contacts if you import them, private nicknames, notes and tags, details that people share with you, and details a visitor shares back with you from a share page.
You are responsible for the information about other people that you add to or keep in YouSynk. Only add a person's details if you have a proper reason to hold them, and use details that people share with you for personal or ordinary business contact, in the way they would expect. Do not use them to send bulk or unwanted messages, to build lists for sale, or to harass anyone.
We hold this information for you as the Privacy Policy describes, we keep it secure, and we answer people who ask us about information held about them.
If you import your phone's contacts, you confirm that you are entitled to let YouSynk keep and use those names and numbers for you as the Privacy Policy describes: to show you who is on YouSynk, to tell you when they join, and to suggest people you may know, including suggesting you to them when they join. You can delete them at any time in Settings.
If you are a visitor sharing your details back with a YouSynk user from a share page, you confirm that the name, number, email and photo you send are your own.
8. Rules for using YouSynk
Please use YouSynk honestly and with respect for other people. You must not:
pretend to be another person or organisation, or misstate your connection with one;
harass, threaten, abuse or defraud anyone, or use YouSynk to send spam or unwanted bulk requests;
add content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights, including their privacy and their intellectual property;
collect or copy information about other users by automated means, or try to find out which phone numbers have accounts by testing numbers in bulk;
try to see information that has not been shared with you, to identify who scanned a code or viewed a page, or to get around a block;
interfere with YouSynk, test it for weaknesses without our written permission, get around our limits or security, or use it through unofficial apps or automated tools;
copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or the service, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these Terms;
create an account for someone else without their permission, or create accounts by automated means;
use YouSynk if you are under 16, or help someone under 16 to use it;
use YouSynk to break any law that applies to you.
Limits. To keep YouSynk fair and to prevent abuse, we limit how much or how often some things can be done, for example the number of connection requests you can send in a day, how many people you can follow in a day, how many photos you can upload in a day and how many phone numbers can be checked or imported in a day. We set these limits and may change them. When you reach a limit, the app will tell you.
9. Blocking, reporting and what we may do
You can block any person. Blocking ends your connection with them, stops them from finding you or sending you requests, and is not announced to them. You can report a person or a profile to us from the app, choosing a reason (spam, impersonation, abuse or other). The person you report is not told who reported them.
We may review reports and other signs of misuse. If we reasonably believe an account has broken these Terms or the law, or is putting other people or YouSynk at risk, we may send the account a warning, suspend it, or remove it. A suspended account is signed out and cannot be used until the suspension is lifted. A removed account is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, without the waiting period that applies when you delete your own account. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 16, we remove it.
If your account is suspended or removed and you believe this is a mistake, write to support@yousynk.com and a person will look at it again. We will tell you the general reason if you ask.
We are not obliged to monitor what users add or share, and we do not check the accuracy of details users put on their profiles. A profile is what its owner says about themselves.
10. Leaving YouSynk
You can stop using YouSynk at any time.
Deactivating. You can deactivate your account in the app. You are signed out and hidden, and nothing is deleted. Sign back in within 12 months and your account is restored. After 12 months without a sign-in, the account is deleted for good.
Deleting. You can ask to delete your account in the app. There is a waiting period before the deletion runs (currently 7 days; the app shows you the date). If you sign back in before that date, the deletion is cancelled and everything stays as you left it. After that date, the deletion is permanent and we cannot restore your account. If your account is suspended during the waiting period, the deletion is paused while we look into the matter and resumes when the suspension is lifted.
The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is removed and what remains when an account is deleted, including the copies other people keep.
These Terms stop applying to you when your account is deleted, except for the sections that by their nature should continue: sections 5 (the permission for copies others hold), 6, 7, and 12 to 19.
11. YouSynk is free
YouSynk is free to download and use today, and it shows no advertising.
If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and the terms before you are charged, we will update these Terms first, and you will not be charged for anything you have not agreed to buy.
12. What belongs to us
The YouSynk app, the website, the share pages, the YouSynk name and logo, and the software and design behind them belong to us or to those who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission, which we can withdraw, to use the app and the service as these Terms allow. Nothing else is granted.
The app includes open-source software, which is provided under its own licences. You can read them in the app.
If you send us ideas or suggestions about YouSynk, we may use them freely and without payment to you.
13. Other companies' services
YouSynk works with services run by other companies, each under its own terms: Apple (the App Store, Sign in with Apple, notifications and Apple Wallet), Google (Google Sign-In, and the service that sends and checks your sign-in code), and your mobile network (which delivers the code). When you call or message someone, YouSynk opens your phone's own app or another company's app, such as WhatsApp or Telegram, and that app's terms apply. Your profiles may contain links to websites and social media accounts, and addresses that open in a maps app. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for them.
Your mobile operator may charge you for receiving a sign-in code, for example when you are abroad.
14. If you got the app from Apple's App Store
This section applies if you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Your permission to use the app is limited to Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the usage rules in Apple's App Store terms.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that, as far as the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
Apple is not responsible for dealing with any claim by you or anyone else about the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims. If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with the claim.
You confirm that you are not in a country under a United States Government embargo or designated by it as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.
15. Changes to YouSynk, and availability
We are still building YouSynk. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend or stop the service or any part of it. If we plan to close YouSynk altogether, we will tell you in advance in the app, so that you can download a copy of your information.
We try to keep YouSynk available and working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of faults, or that every update to your details will reach every connection immediately. The app works with limited functions when you are offline.
Test versions. If you use a test version of the app (for example through TestFlight), it may be less stable, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn.
16. What we do not promise
YouSynk is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what these Terms say, and we exclude all implied warranties, including that it will suit a particular purpose or be uninterrupted or error-free.
We do not check who users are beyond confirming that they control the phone number they signed up with and, where they use it, their Apple or Google sign-in. We do not promise that a person is who their profile says they are, or that the details on a profile are true or current. Take the same care with people you meet through YouSynk as you would anywhere else.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the law says cannot be taken away.
17. Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for: loss you suffer because of what another user or a visitor does, including with information you shared with them; loss caused by events outside our reasonable control; loss of information that you could have kept by downloading a copy; or indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for anything that the law does not allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or our obligations under data protection law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. When we do, we publish a new version with a new version number and effective date; earlier versions are never edited.
If a change is significant, the app will tell you and ask you to read and accept the new version before you continue. If you do not accept, you can sign out or delete your account from that screen. For smaller changes, the new version applies from its effective date and your earlier acceptance stays valid.
We keep a record of each version you accepted, the language you saw it in, and when.
The current version is always available in the app and at yousynk.com. This version, 2.0, replaces the placeholder text of version 1.0.
19. Disputes and general terms
Complaints and disputes. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at support@yousynk.com so we can try to resolve it. The law that governs these Terms, and the courts that decide disputes we cannot resolve together, will be named with the company before YouSynk's general launch. Whatever they are, if you are a consumer you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live, and nothing here removes protections that the law of that place gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Language. These Terms are published in English. An Arabic version will follow; until it is published, readers who chose Arabic are shown this English text.
The whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about YouSynk.
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right at once, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over YouSynk, and we will tell you in the app before we do.
20. Contact

The legal name and registered address of the company that provides YouSynk will be added here before YouSynk's general launch.
