What is YouSynk?
An app for sharing your contact details the way you choose. You keep one set of details, make a profile for each part of your life, and the people you connect with always have your latest.
Is YouSynk free?
Yes. YouSynk is free to download and use.
Who can see my details?
Only what you put on a profile, and only the people you share that profile with. Your account is the one anyone can see, and you choose what goes on it.
What happens when I change my number?
Update it once in YouSynk. Everyone you're connected with, and everyone following your card, sees the new number. A copy someone saved to their phone's contacts stays as it was saved.
Do people need YouSynk to get my details?
No. When someone without the app scans your code with their phone camera, your card opens in their browser and they can save it to their contacts.
What's the difference between the Exchange QR and a Broadcast QR?
Your Exchange QR is for meeting someone in person: you both share, and you're connected. A Broadcast QR belongs to one profile and is made for print: whoever scans it gets that card, and it only goes one way.
Do I find out who scanned my code?
No. You see how many times your Broadcast QR was scanned, never who scanned it.
Can people see the nickname or notes I keep about them?
No. Nicknames and notes are private to you and are never shared.
Where is YouSynk available?
YouSynk is launching in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, in English and Arabic.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open “Settings”, then “Take a break or leave YouSynk”, then “Delete account”. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
